All Used and or Refurbished Espresso Machines are sold on an “As-is” basis, as a non-refundable, non-returnable, final and binding sale.
Please understand the following with respect to this policy:
All used and or refurbished machines are tested and cleaned prior to being marked ready for sale and or shipment.
Our machines are tested thoroughly for each point of their original marketed functionalities to ensure that we are providing a good, working product to our customers.
However, as with many used and refurbished goods, parts cannot be assumed to be in perfect condition and may come to failure faster than a brand new part. We cannot be held liable for the existing wear and tear upon parts and pieces within refurbished machines, as this is a known factor in sales or purchase of such used or refurbished machines.
Our promise with used and refurbished equipment sales is to provide a piece of equipment in good working order that may, like any other piece of new equipment, require further repair to continue usage in good working order.
We do not provide any part or service based warranty at all in the sales of our used and refurbished equipment, nor can any original manufacturer's warranty be honored if still eligible following the sales and or purchase of such equipment.
Customer understands that used and or refurbished equipment will be imperfect, and may have blemishes and scratches on any of its parts, interior or exterior. Customer also undertands that all interior parts are in a used condition by nature of the general definition of the phrases "used" or "refurbished" as customarily used.
We, the seller, Espresso RMI LLC, make no representation of new or original warranty.
Statutory expressed or implied with respect to the used/refurbished equipment. Including, making no guaranteed that the used equipment will be merchantable or fit for any particular purpose.
